Common Questions
Questions patients ask before booking.
Short, straight answers about insurance, first visits, and how to be seen.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes — we're welcoming new adult patients. You can book your first visit online in a couple of minutes, or call the office and we'll walk you through it.
Can I be seen in person, or is everything virtual?
Both. You can visit our Olympia Fields clinic on Crawford Avenue, or meet with your provider by secure video. Many patients mix the two — an in-person annual visit, then virtual follow-ups.
Who will I actually see?
Tosin Ijale, DNP, FNP-BC — a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner of the practice. You see the same provider each visit, so you're never re-explaining your history.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare, among other major plans. If you don't see yours, call us and we'll check your specific coverage.
What if I don't have insurance?
You're still welcome here. We publish straightforward self-pay pricing so you know the cost before your visit, with no surprise fees.
