How do I become a new patient?
You can request an appointment through our secure online scheduling system, or contact our clinic directly and our team will help guide you through the process.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a government-issued photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a current list of your medications, and any specialist records or recent lab results if we've requested them.
How do virtual visits work?
After you schedule a virtual visit, you'll receive a secure video link ahead of your appointment. You'll need a camera-enabled device, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space to meet with your provider.
Can I request prescription refills?
Yes. Please request refills before your medication runs out and allow adequate time for processing. Some medications may require a follow-up appointment before they can be renewed.
How will I receive my test results?
Your provider will review your results and follow up with you in the way that's most appropriate. Depending on the results, this may be through a message, a phone call, or during a follow-up visit.
What if I need specialist care?
If specialty care is recommended, your provider can help coordinate a referral and support you as part of your overall care plan.
