Common Questions
New patient questions.
What to expect before you become a patient here.
Are you accepting new adult patients?
Yes. We welcome new adult patients for primary care, preventive care, chronic condition management, and weight management. You can book online or call the office.
How long is a first visit?
Plan for a longer visit than a routine follow-up. First visits cover your full health history, current concerns, and a plan going forward, so we schedule extra time.
Can my first visit be virtual?
In many cases, yes. Some concerns are better addressed in the office — if a hands-on exam is needed, we'll let you know and arrange an in-person visit.
Do I need to transfer my records first?
It helps, but it isn't required. Bring what you have and we'll request the rest with your written permission.
What if I don't have insurance?
You're still welcome. Our self-pay rates are published so you know the cost before your visit — see Insurance & Self-Pay for current pricing.
Still deciding? Booking takes about two minutes.
You can choose an in-person or virtual visit as you book — and if you'd rather ask a person first, we're glad to help.
