About Stable Health

Healthcare begins with listening.

At Stable Health Care Services, we believe great healthcare starts with genuine relationships. We take the time to understand your health, your goals, and your concerns so we can provide care that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and personalized to you.

Our story

Why Stable Health Care Services was created.

Healthcare should never feel rushed. Too often, patients leave appointments with more questions than answers — unsure of the plan, unsure of the next step, unsure that anyone truly listened.

Stable Health Care Services was created to change that. We built a practice where every visit begins with a conversation, where your concerns shape the plan, and where technology quietly supports the relationship instead of replacing it.

We believe long-term relationships produce better outcomes. Whether you visit us in our Olympia Fields clinic or connect through a secure virtual appointment, you'll see the same familiar face and receive the same steady, attentive care.

Tosin Ijale, DNP, FNP-BC

Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner · Founder, Stable Health Care Services

Tosin Ijale's path into healthcare has been shaped by years spent beside patients — first as a nurse, then as a Doctor of Nursing Practice — learning that the best care almost always begins with a careful, unhurried conversation.

Her clinical experience across primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive health informs how she approaches every visit today: with curiosity about the whole person, respect for lived experience, and a preference for practical, evidence-based plans patients can actually follow.

"Every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and involved in decisions about their care."

An NP-Led Practice

Personalized primary care, led by a Nurse Practitioner.

Nurse Practitioners are highly trained healthcare providers who diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, manage chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and partner with patients throughout their healthcare journey.

Stable Health Care Services is independently owned and operated — a small, focused practice where decisions are made with patients in mind, not shareholders. That independence gives us the freedom to spend the time each visit actually deserves.

Our care philosophy

Four principles that guide every visit.

Listen First

Every appointment begins by understanding your concerns before discussing solutions.

Build Long-Term Relationships

We believe continuity of care leads to better health outcomes over time.

Modern, Convenient Care

Choose in-person visits or secure virtual appointments with the same thoughtful experience.

Patient Experience

A different first visit.

My first visit set the tone for everything after. Thoughtful intake, a real conversation, and a provider who explained the why behind every recommendation.

Good to know

Questions about our practice.

How our care model works, who you'll see, and what to expect from a smaller, independently owned clinic.

What does it mean that you're a Nurse Practitioner–led practice?

It means your care is led by a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. Provider Ijale can diagnose conditions, order and interpret labs, prescribe medications, and manage chronic conditions — the full scope of primary care.

Will I see the same provider every time?

Yes. That continuity is the whole point of the practice. Your provider knows your history, so visits start where the last one left off.

What does independently owned change for me?

There's no health system quota shaping your appointment length. Visits are scheduled with enough time to actually talk through what's going on.

How long is a typical visit?

New patient visits run about 45–60 minutes. Follow-ups and sick visits are usually 20–30 minutes — unhurried either way.

Can you be my primary care provider long-term?

Absolutely. We're built for ongoing relationships rather than one-time visits, including annual wellness care, screenings, and chronic condition management.

Where are you located?

20303 Crawford Avenue, Suite 140 in Olympia Fields, Illinois, with free on-site parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance.

Still deciding? Booking takes about two minutes.

You can choose an in-person or virtual visit as you book — and if you'd rather ask a person first, we're glad to help.
