Access to Information Matters
Stable Health Care Services is working to make its public website accessible to people with a wide range of abilities, technologies, and access needs.
Our goal is to provide a website that can be used with:
- Screen readers
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Voice-control software
- Browser zoom
- Mobile accessibility features
- Other assistive technologies
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We will continue reviewing and improving the website over time as content, technology, and standards evolve.
Our Accessibility Target
The website is designed and maintained with the goal of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
WCAG is an internationally recognized set of recommendations for making digital content more accessible to people with disabilities. We use it as a target to guide our design, development, and review practices.
This statement does not represent a formal certification. We do not display compliance badges or seals that we have not been authorized to use.
How the Website Supports Accessibility
The following practices guide how we design and maintain the public website. Some pages, third-party components, or older content may not yet reflect every item on this list.
Keyboard Navigation
Interactive elements are designed to be reachable and usable without requiring a mouse.
Visible Focus States
Links, buttons, and form controls display a clear visual focus indicator for keyboard users.
Readable Typography
Body text uses comfortable sizing, spacing, and line height to support easy reading.
Color Contrast
Text and essential visual elements are chosen to maintain strong contrast against their backgrounds.
Heading Structure
Pages use a logical heading hierarchy that supports screen-reader navigation.
Descriptive Links
Links describe their destination rather than relying on vague language such as “click here.”
Alternative Text
Meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology when appropriate.
Accessible Forms
Forms include visible labels, clear instructions, accessible validation, and understandable error messages.
Responsive Design
Content is designed to remain usable across desktop, tablet, mobile, and high-zoom environments.
Reduced Motion
Animations are kept subtle and respect device-level reduced-motion preferences.
Accessible Documents
Downloadable documents are reviewed for accessibility before publication whenever possible.
Third-Party Tools and Services
Some website functions may direct you to services provided by third parties, including:
- Online appointment scheduling
- Maps and directions
- Payment services
- Review platforms
- Social media
- Embedded media
Stable Health Care Services does not fully control the accessibility of external websites or third-party platforms. Their accessibility may change without notice.
If you experience difficulty using an external scheduling or website service, contact our office and we will provide reasonable assistance with accessing the information or completing the intended task.
Need Help Using Our Website?
If you have difficulty accessing information, using a form, scheduling an appointment, or navigating any part of the website, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, service, or assistance through an accessible alternative.

Accessibility Is an Ongoing Commitment
As part of our ongoing accessibility work, Stable Health Care Services may:
- Conduct periodic accessibility reviews
- Test pages with keyboard navigation
- Review color contrast
- Check screen-reader behavior
- Improve form accessibility
- Review new website components before launch
- Correct identified barriers when reasonably possible
- Incorporate accessibility into future website updates
Automated accessibility tools may support this work, but they are not treated as the sole measure of an accessible experience.
Known Limitations
We aim to make all website content accessible. However, some older documents, third-party tools, embedded content, or external links may not yet fully meet our accessibility goals.
We are not currently aware of any material accessibility barriers on the public website. We welcome feedback if you encounter one.
