Common Questions

Answers before your first visit.

Appointments, arriving, virtual visits, and coverage — the questions we hear most.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes — appointments help us give you unhurried, focused time. Call us or send a message to schedule.

Can I walk in?

We aren't a walk-in clinic. If you need to be seen quickly, please call and we'll do our best to fit you in the same day or arrange a virtual visit.

What if I'm running late?

Please call as soon as you know. A short delay is usually fine; longer delays may require rescheduling to protect the day's schedule for other patients.

How do virtual visits work?

You'll receive a secure link before your appointment. Join from a private space using a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera — no downloads required.

How do I reschedule?

Call our office at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible, and we'll find a time that works better for you.

Can I become a new patient?

Yes — we're accepting new adult patients. Call or use the form below and we'll guide you through establishing care.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept many major insurance plans. Please have your card ready when you call so we can confirm coverage for your visit.

Can I self-pay?

Yes. Transparent self-pay options are available. Ask when you schedule and we'll share pricing before your visit.

Still deciding? Booking takes about two minutes.

You can choose an in-person or virtual visit as you book — and if you'd rather ask a person first, we're glad to help.
